CPT issues more errata for the 2013 Manual

More changes have been posted regarding code descriptions for 2013 that were corrected. CPT Code 72040 has been revised to now state “Radiological evaluation, spine, cervical; 2 or 3 views. They removed the words “or less” and now has specific number of views.
