Margie Scalley Vaught and associates are nationally known Healthcare Consultants providing ongoing support and help to providers and facilities around the States.  Margie is known for her strong emphasis in training and education regarding correct coding, billing and documentation requirements.  She is known for her 'black and white' approach making sure that official sources are supplied and followed.  This has allowed her to be a major resource for physicians, clinics, facilities, medical societies and healthcare attorneys.

Margie Scalley Vaught, CPC, CPC-H, CCS-P, MCS-P, PCE, ACS-EM, ACS-OR serves as the primary contact person for clients and is a licensed instructor (PMCC) for the American Academy of Professional Coder teaching their Coding Curriculum.  She has served as a National Board Advisory Member for a three year term for the Academy, and continues to provide education and training workshops around the States for the Academy.  She is also a National Advisory Member for the Board of Advanced Medical Coding (www.advancedmedicalcoding.com).  Along with her associates she is also  a certified Medical Compliance Specialist which provides extra support and knowledge for her clients regarding HIPAA and OIG Compliance issues.  Some of her associates include Certified Coders, Providers, Nurses, Healthcare Attorneys and other healthcare professionals to provide the 'complete package' to clients.

The government has a phrase that Margie takes seriously called 'good faith effort' providers must make sure that they have all the supporting information from official sources to maintain the 'good faith effort' in this healthcare arena.
